How does the made-to-order process work?
By producing on demand, we eliminate waste and overhead costs. Once your order is placed, our artisans begin crafting your shoes, which are then shipped directly to you, ensuring premium quality at a fair price.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each item is handcrafted specifically for you, shipping typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We provide regular email updates throughout the production stages so you can track your shoes from the workshop to your door.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in unworn, brand-new condition. We provide free shipping for exchanges and store credit within the United States.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
Our shoes generally run true to size. We recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page, which includes comparisons to common athletic and dress shoe brands.
What materials do you use for your footwear?
We exclusively use full-grain leather sourced from gold-rated tanneries in Italy and Argentina. Our shoes feature Vachetta leather linings for breathability and comfort.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer direct international shipping, but we are working on expanding our reach to global customers in the near future.
